We may share your data with our service providers to operate our services (e.g., data storage through third-party hosting services, providing technical support, etc.).

We may also disclose your data under the following circumstances:

When you visit or access our services, we authorize third parties to use web beacons, cookies, pixel tags, scripts, and other technologies and analytics services ("Tracking Technologies"). These Tracking Technologies may allow third parties to collect your data automatically to improve navigation on our digital assets, enhance their performance, deliver a customized user experience, and for security and fraud prevention purposes.

To learn more, please read our Cookie Policy.

We will not share your email address or other personal data with advertising companies or ad networks without your consent.

Where do we store the data?

Non-Personal Data
Please note that our company and our trusted partners and service providers are located around the world. For the purposes described in this privacy policy, we store and process all Non-Personal Data we collect in various jurisdictions.

Personal Data
Personal Data may be stored and processed in the United States, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan, Israel, and, as required for the proper provision of our services and/or by law, in other jurisdictions.

How long do we retain the data?

We retain the collected data for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We may correct, complete, or delete inaccurate or incomplete data at our discretion at any time.

How do we protect the data?

The hosting service for our digital assets provides us with the online platform that allows us to offer our services. Your data may be stored through our hosting provider’s data storage, databases, and general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall and offer secure HTTPS access to most areas of their services.

Despite the measures and efforts taken by us and our hosting provider, we cannot and do not guarantee absolute protection and security of the data you upload, post, or otherwise share with us or others.

We encourage you to set strong passwords and avoid sharing sensitive information with us or others that, if disclosed, could cause significant or lasting harm. As email and instant messaging are not considered secure communication channels, we ask that you do not share confidential information through these means.

How do we handle minors?

The services are not intended for users who have not reached the legal age of majority. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you are not of legal age, do not download or use the services or provide us with any information.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time to ensure that minors are not using our services. If we become aware that a minor is using our services, we may prohibit and block access and delete any data stored about that user. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us as described below.

  • the use of your personal data is necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations; or

  • the use of your personal data is necessary to support our legitimate business interests (provided this is done in a way that is proportionate and respects your privacy rights).

As an EU resident, you may:

  • Request confirmation as to whether or not Personal Data concerning you is being processed and access your stored Personal Data along with additional information;

  • Request to receive the Personal Data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format;

  • Request correction of your stored Personal Data;

  • Request the deletion of your Personal Data;

  • Object to the processing of your Personal Data;

  • Request the restriction of processing of your Personal Data;

  • File a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Please note, however, that these rights are not absolute and may be subject to our legitimate interests and legal requirements. If you have general questions about the Personal Data we collect and how we use it, please contact us as indicated below.

In providing the services, we may transfer data cross-border to affiliates or other third parties and from your country/jurisdiction to other countries/jurisdictions around the world. By using the services, you consent to the transfer of your data outside the EEA.

If you reside in the EEA, your Personal Data will only be transferred to locations outside the EEA if we are satisfied that an adequate or comparable level of protection for Personal Data exists. We will take appropriate steps to ensure that we have suitable contractual arrangements with our third parties to ensure that adequate safeguards are in place to minimize the risk of unlawful use, modification, deletion, loss, or theft of your Personal Data and that these third parties act at all times in compliance with applicable laws.
